WellChip Policies

  1. Kedai Emas Well Chip Sdn Bhd. (“we” and “us”) are the operator of (https://shop.wellchip.com.my) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
  1. Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Your order will arrive within 7 to 14 working days for delivery, unless otherwise advised.
  2. Shipping charges and delivery timeframe may apply subject to revision from time to time.
  3. For shipping status, refer to your order details and courier tracking details you received by our courier.
  4. Once the ordered product(s) are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.
  5. If the dispatch day falls on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, dispatch will be on the next working day.
  6. All transit time are subject to courier transport conditions and volume of parcels traffic.
  7. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery.
  8. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
  9. We will not take any responsibility for any damage or loss occurred during transit.
  10. In case the courier service returned the parcel due to wrong address or buyer are not at home, we will contact buyer immediately through phone or email. Shipping fees are payable by buyer for re-delivery. The order is considered complete if there is no reply at all for 7 days. After 7 days, re-delivery is applicable depending on stock availability or refund will be issued should stock went out.

REFUNDS POLICY

  1. Refunds are not allowed unless there is a technical difficulty. If there’s a subscription for multiple issues, it needs to be canceled within the first seven days in order for the customer to receive a refund.
  1. Buyer will only be refunded after we have received the confirmation from our IT department.
  1. The refunds will only be processed for a returned item if it is a valid return.
  1. For payment made using Credit Card/Debit Card, the refund will be made to the same Credit Card/Debit Card that the Buyer made such purchase. The number of days for the refund process is vary according to the respective bank processing time. Buyer may contact the relevant bank for more information.
  1. All expenses incurred in relation to the refund process shall be borne by the Buyer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding watches), you may return the product with your receipt for a full store credit to purchase other jewellery within 7 days from the date of purchase and the purchase must higher amount of returned product.
  1. Well Chip reserves the right , at its sole discretion to accept returns and grant store credit for selected items.
  1. To return an item, please visit the Well Chip store where you made the purchase and bring along the original sales receipt and original laboratory grading report or certification, if any.
    • The item will be inspected before we accept it for return.
    • Well Chip reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept returns and grant refunds for the item
    • Upon approval for return, you can do an item exchange, or choose to be issued with store credit, which you can use to make another purchase later.

GUARANTEED BUY-BACK POLICY

We guarantee a buy back value if the product is returned in the same merchandisable condition and together with the original sales receipt.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The item must be returned together with the original sales receipt and original laboratory grading report, if any, to be eligible for the buy-back.
  • Items that show signs of damage, wear and tear, alteration or resizing (by a jeweller other than Well Chip), may be given lower value for the buy-back.
